Technicians | Crew Members
As a Technician/Crew Member, your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure our customers complete satisfaction. Our crew members perform services at customer’s homes and businesses, and are thoroughly trained on how to be successful.
Crew members do manual labor including mortar and brick repair, and absolutely must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs. This position sometimes includes tasks such as cleaning, repairs, wildlife removal, and other duties as required. We offer complete training and will provide all of the tools and resources you need for success.
This position has openings in Denton, Texas and in Houston, Texas.
Customer Service Representative
Masters Services Chimney and Wildlife is hiring Call Center Representatives! We are looking for career minded individuals looking to join our growing team immediately. This is a skilled office position; the ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience.
As a call center employee, your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure our customers complete satisfaction. You will be interacting with our customers, company personnel and various outside companies & contractors. Primary activities include appointment setting, scheduling, and taking payments. You will be supporting the sales and crew team with job scheduling and placing orders through Quickbooks as needed.
