Had them come out to give an estimate on replacing three chimney caps, and received the estimate in a reasonable time.... Later when I called to schedule the job, I was told a manager would call me to discuss. Waited several days with no return call. Repeated this process three more times, then was told they were going to "pass" on the job with no explanation. Wasted several weeks, only to be left high and dry, with no resolution and back at square one. The woman answering their phone was very rude and unprofessional on four occasions.read more

Had the best experience with Cody on July 15, 2020. I believed that my damper was broken and had never had my fireplace... inspected. Cody and his partner arrived on-time, with appropriate masks, and set out a tarp to inspect my fireplace.
