Masters Services Chimney is hiring Technicians/Crew Members!
We are looking for career minded individuals looking to join our growing team immediately.

As a Technician/Crew Member, your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure our customers complete satisfaction. Our crew members perform services at customer’s homes and businesses, and are thoroughly trained on how to be successful.

Crew members do manual labor including mortar and brick repair, and absolutely must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs. This position sometimes includes tasks such as cleaning, repairs, wildlife removal, and other duties as required. We offer complete training and will provide all of the tools and resources you need for success.

This position has openings in Denton, Texas and in Houston, Texas.

We are the largest Fireplace, Chimney. and Wildlife Removal company located in Denton. We are hiring full-time crew employees. This is not a seasonal job or a roofing job. We do jobs all over the DFW area and occasionally the OKC area. We are also hiring for our Houston location.

What we are looking for:

• Responsible Drivers!!! Excellent driving record with no violations.
• MUST have valid DRIVER’S LICENSE!!! You will be driving a company truck to appointments.
• Career-minded people who can work well with co-workers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MUST be comfortable with working on Roofs and Ladders – No Fear of Heights!<-li>
• We are also a nuisance wildlife company. You must be comfortable trapping for squirrels, raccoons, rats, etc.
• You will need to have reliable transportation to and from the Denton Corporate location.

Overview:

• We will train you in all areas of the position.
• A background in construction and carpentry experience is a HUGE plus, but not necessary.
• This not a roofing job! However, daily jobs will be performed atop a roof and with a crew. You must be comfortable

Masters Services Chimney and Wildlife is hiring Call Center Representatives! We are looking for career minded individuals looking to join our growing team immediately. This is a skilled office position; the ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience.

As a Customer service representative, your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure our customers complete satisfaction. You will be interacting with our customers, company personnel and various outside companies & contractors. Appointment setting, scheduling, and taking payments. You will be supporting the sales and crew team with job scheduling and placing orders through Quickbooks as needed.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
• Other duties as requested

• Must be able to work the following schedule: 9-6 TUE – FRIDAY & SATURDAY 9-3 OFF SUNDAY & MONDAY!!! (Someone say 3 day weekend?!)
